Hey, I’m Taren.

Somatic guide, breathwork facilitator, and cultivator of spaces within which to learn, grow and transform.

I help people cultivate safety, rewrite the stories held in their nervous systems, and breathe in a way that opens and expands. I work with those who have carried too much for too long—survivors of relational and religious trauma, attachment wounds, grief, and deep-seated patterns that no longer serve.

Rooted in body-based wisdom, ritual, and deep attunement, my approach is not just about processing the past, but transmuting it into something sacred.
