Over 5 days, you'll receive one embodied invitation each day:

  1. Awareness & State Recognition — learning to notice how your nervous system communicates through sensation, not thought.

  2. Breath as Language — using breath to ease tension, open space, and invite the body toward safety.

  3. Pattern Awareness — where do you default? When does your system tighten or collapse?

  4. Rhythmic Movement — soft movement tied to the breath, to shift what's stuck.

  5. Reimagining Regulation — what regulation actually means for you, beyond just staying calm.


How It Works

Your first email arrives right away. One email per day after that— a short teaching, a somatic practice, a reflection. You're never expected to do more. You're invited to be with what's already here, and to go at your own pace.

After the series, if you want to go deeper, 1:1 sessions are available.
